Les clés sont sorties exactement comme celles dont j'avais besoin. J'étais un peu nerveux car je n'étais pas sûr de la façon dont une machine allait copier la clé en la scannant et la clé était sale, donc j'avais peur qu'elle soit mal imprimée. Mais tout est sorti parfait ! Ces gars savent ce qu'ils font et leur service client était incroyable quand j'ai appelé et demandé des informations sur ma commande !

MERCI À KEYME !!! J'étais enfermé dehors de mon appartement avec mon partenaire et mon bébé chien après un jogging matinal et j'ai perdu mes clés dans le parc ! Il était 7 heures du matin, nous n'avions aucun moyen d'entrer. C'était la première fois de ma vie que je perdais mes clés, je n'avais aucune idée de quoi faire, nous étions sans téléphone et sans clé et heureusement un voisin m'a permis d'utiliser son téléphone et j'ai appelé KeyMe. SERVICE MERVEILLEUX au téléphone, ils ont totalement compris que je n'avais pas de portefeuille sur moi et ont quand même planifié un serrurier d'urgence pour venir. Il est arrivé en 40 minutes, il était rapide, très sympa et oui protégé contre le COVID (avec un masque). Il était rapide et très poli avec mon Frenchie qui est très excitable. Il a pris environ 10-15 minutes au maximum, a pris mes informations de carte de crédit et m'a donné un nouveau cylindre. Le prix était absolument équitable, surtout avec l'urgence et l'heure matinale. J'espère ne jamais avoir besoin de ce service à nouveau, mais si c'est le cas, je sais absolument qui appeler.
