Clés verrouillées dans la voiture, ils étaient là en 15 minutes et prenaient de l'argent. C'est plus cher si vous utilisez une carte de crédit. C'était 50 $ ce qui était moitié moins que le premier endroit que j'ai appelé. Très satisfait.

J'ai donc pris rendez-vous pour 14h un jour, la personne qui a répondu au téléphone m'a dit que cela pourrait ne pas être exactement à 14h mais quelque part autour de 14h, ce qui était bien. Il m'a fait savoir qu'il m'appellerait pour me dire quand il serait en route. À 16h, je n'avais rien entendu de cette entreprise, alors j'ai décidé de rappeler pour que le gars me dise oh eh bien ça ne sera pas aujourd'hui. Ceci, cela et l'autre se sont produits et ça ne sera pas aujourd'hui. Alors je me suis dit, allais-tu au moins m'appeler pour me le dire ? Et il a dit oh eh bien ça a été une journée folle, j'ai été occupé, je peux t'appeler et éventuellement venir demain, je ne peux pas te dire à quelle heure cependant. Alors j'ai juste raccroché. Je ne vais pas supplier quelqu'un de venir et de gagner de l'argent pour faire un travail pour moi. Il y a un million d'autres entreprises qui apprécieraient mon entreprise, donc je n'appellerai plus jamais cette entreprise. Super non professionnel. Je ne recommanderais pas. Suivant !!!! J'ai donc fini par appeler une autre entreprise qui est venue dans l'heure et a terminé le travail en moins de 15 minutes pour le même prix que celui qui m'avait été donné. Donc on vit et on apprend. Merci Metro Lock & Keys pour votre service rapide, professionnel et de qualité.

Service le jour même de la part d'Allan. Il a coupé la nouvelle clé pour ma Mazda 6 de 2018 et l'a également programmée. Un gars très sympathique et compétent. Je le recommanderais à quiconque dans cette région pour son service. Il ne vous décevra pas.

Il est arrivé très peu de temps après avoir appelé, même si c'était tard, et il a dépassé les attentes. Il avait même déjà une clé difficile à trouver que j'avais demandée dans de nombreux endroits de découpe de clés de grande renommée par le passé, et les clés qu'il a fabriquées fonctionnent parfaitement à chaque fois jusqu'à présent, et il m'a même accordé une réduction par rapport au devis initial, ce qui n'est pas quelque chose que l'on trouve souvent. Les gens veulent un peu plus, je rappellerais à 110 %.
