Ils ont fait un excellent travail au fil des ans pour moi. Plus récemment, j'ai fait ressemeler mes bottes de cowgirl sur mesure. Il y avait des éclats de peinture dorée sur mes bottes de couleur bourbon. Pas beaucoup, mais je pense qu'ils auraient pu être plus prudents pour les protéger des autres projets. Je reviendrai, mais je vais être plus attentif avant de quitter le magasin.

Je viens ici depuis des années pour profiter des prix incroyables qu'ils offrent. Ils cirent les chaussures pour 2,00 $ et les bottes pour seulement 4,00 $. Excellent service client également.

J'ai demandé à faire une modification très difficile à un mocassin (je ne comprends rien à la physique des chaussures - c'était comme dire 'transformez ma Chevette en dépanneuse') pour un problème orthopédique et ils ont fait un excellent travail compte tenu de ce que l'on peut faire avec un mocassin, avec un excellent service client. Je recommande vivement !

Aujourd'hui, c'est ma deuxième visite chez Stern's Shoe Repair. Les services à évaluer sont incomplets car le vendeur va me rendre mon article de service dans une semaine. Les chaussures réparées lors de ma première visite ont été réparées de manière professionnelle et habile. Le personnel est accueillant, rapide et courtois. Je recommande vivement Stern's Shoe Repair.

Je ne recommanderais pas. J'ai apporté une paire de bottes de travail en cuir ici pour les faire ressemeler. Cent dollars plus tard, les semelles se détachent de mes bottes. La couture autour de la semelle a été remplacée pour le spectacle, mais n'a pas réellement attaché la semelle à la tige. La semelle se détache complètement de la tige au niveau du talon, des clous sortent également de la semelle intérieure de la botte. J'espère qu'un autre cordonnier pourra réparer ce que ces gens ont fait.
