I broke my key in the lock on my front door. I couldn’t get it out and I was getting nervous. I first went to Modern Hardware hoping they might have a tool to get it out. They did not, but they told me about this business. I am new to the neighborhood and I had no clue. They were courteous and told me how to remove the lock. I brought it to them and they had the key out in no time AND made me a new key for $5! I will definitely go back!

I wanted all of my doors to have the same key. I called The Flying Locksmiths and scheduled a service call. The tech came out and replaced the locks but shortly after his visit, we had problems. The doors would not open. I would turn the knob and the spring loaded device would not fully disengage. It would take a lot of shaking and force to open my door. I called The Flying Locksmiths and told them the problem. They sent the same tech and he "fixed" the issue. He also charged me for it. Now I don't trust my door locks to no fail. There is A LOT of play in the door knobs. *** The boss reached out to me and made it right. Thanks for following through. I was going to just hire another locksmith and move on with my life. Then today I received an email saying that my payment didn't go through. The payment for the second visit to fix the issues from the first visit. So both visits didn't fix the issue. I am supposed to pay for a second visit (re-work) and even when I do. The billing is broke as well.
