So thankful that they were open on a Sunday. I was heading back to Ft. lauderdale with my husband and our 2 girls 🐾. When we got a flat tire. They were very honest and service was quick.... we highly recommend them!!!!!!!

On our way to Conch Key, our truck just stopped running. We called around & Guy’s was the only one to answer. They dispatched right away & even sent out a bigger truck to accommodate the entire family - we still had to get to our motel. After pickup they took our truck to their shop for a free diagnosis. On our way to the motel, knowing it was getting late & the Key where we were staying didn’t have any restaurants or grocery stores, the driver offered to take us by the grocery. That added an extra 30-45 minutes to his time, but no extra charge. We had such great service that we requested AAA to use them on the way home (145 miles). Unfortunately, there was another provider of long haul on the AAA list that came first. Hopefully you’re never in a position to need a towing service in the Keys, but if you do, I recommend Guy’s. Side Note: they are one of the only towing services that do long hauling in the Keys.

They have saved me and my boyfriend twice in a 2 week time frame! Dead battery one morning going to work. Showed quick considering the time of morning and a week later couldn’t get lug nuts off he took them off easy peasy and I was on my! Thanks Allen!
