I live in Fairfax but work at a school in Manassas city. Called and spoke with Rich. Told him the lock cylinder and tumblers of my filing cabinet at school simply fell out all over. Said he could at least get the cabinet opened. I went up to school to retrieve the cabinet, which was loaded with files, lifted it in the truck bed and took it to Baldino's. I was ready to drag the file cabinet inside. Didn't have to. Rich came out to my truck, look at the lock, went back in to get something, and that file cabinet was unlocked in maybe 9 seconds. Rich then says "No charge". No lie - I look at him and said "I'm sorry what?" He repeats himself. I swear I still can't believe it. That was very "old school" stuff! Who doesn't charge anymore?! NO ONE that's who. Rich offered me a kit to purchase if he had one in stock. I didn't care about the price. I immediately said I'd buy it. He could've said I needed to also buy (insert item(s) here), and/or he needed to also take care of "_____". I was desperate and would've probably bought whatever. He did nothing of the sort. Of course he installed the lock right there. Rich has zero idea that he made my day and has made me a customer for life. Not because he fixed the lock, but it was his attitude about fixing the lock, and his approach to me as a customer. That is something I won't forget. Any issue you may have with a lock - doesn't matter what type of lock, key, etc., it is - you need to take it to the Baldino's Lock & Key on Mathis Ave. in Manassas city. You WILL be taken care of by a professional in every sense of the word, and they will have a solution to your problem, this I GUARANTEE! RWC

Excellent customer service also met the owner who was very nice. Price is very affordable and takes no time at all I was in and out in a span of 10 to 15 minutes
