Back door lock jammed. Gary somehow managed to get the door open and replace lock with no mess! We had a very tight time line, but Wayne got to us in good time, first thing as promised and allowed us to meet our schedule. He is a star!

unfortunately have to remove stars. the keys cut by the machine at this location, from the original key, do not fit the lock correctly. Key inserts but will not turn with tumblers. i will have to get the keys re-made elsewhere. disappointing: i've used KeyMe in the past with great results.

Smooth process. This kiosk is located inside the entrance of the Rite Aid. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was an emergency--the prices are astronomical. $9 for a single key is ridiculous when a home improvement store will charge $1.25. The shipping keys option is also not reliable, it states that keys purchased that can't be immediately disbursed will arrive in the mail in 3-5 days. It took 9 days before I received mine, so just keep in mind that the estimate on key delivery is highly variable.
