1st time i used this company.....quite a while ago i used it to make an extra mailbox key for in case i lost it.....anyways it didnt end up workin but i have a feeling it wasnt they fault the kinda key it was was pretty extra...i figure since it was just a key making machine i assume itd take a loss but when i looked into it painless refund and the even mailed my favv 2$ bills.now i just had a 3 key order replacement car home and steering wheel lock key my whole order was shipped right to my mailbox within the week.i will always go to em for new keys way better than havin to chase down a wrestle a home depot or Walmart employees into makin some😂😂😂💀

I called them they told me $29 per lock it was $75. They told me someone would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes and no one did. When I asked dispatch for the guys phone number doing the work she hung up on me. I called them back about being late and they arrived 30 minutes after that. I will never hire them again.

I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately “5 minutes” later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge “REALLY”? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.

It made house keys for me that worked. It doesn't take too long and the interface is easy. I chose the upgraded flat looking option and had no problems. It's more expensive than a hardware store but was a convenient option for me.

3 keys, 6 bucks. You get to watch the keys being cut which is pretty cool. The kiosk placement is a little weird because you're sandwiched between two cash register lines but I guess that works out for them in advertising.
