Alex was amazing! He opened the lock, AND he found the key to my heart at the same time. When he walked through the door of my house he also walked into my life. But actually this locksmith was awesome. You should use.

No issues with the locksmith they sent out. He was very nice and did get the door open. However we were shocked at the price which we only found out once they were at our home. That part is on us as we assumed fair pricing and should have asked ahead. We were more focused on the problem. We had an interior door to a master bedroom locked on a home we are moving into and had no key. We discovered this the night before movers were coming and had no other options as movers needed to get into that room the next morning. For the few minutes it took to open the door we were charged $180. I have had locksmiths before and never paid so much. Feels like taking advantage of a situation in which you know people are stuck.
