I was very impressed with the company. I had several different issues going on with my security door as well as inner door. I decided to purchase a keyless entry system for the front door but wasn’t sure about what I specifically wanted(system features). I called a couple of companies to feel around but wasn’t really motivated to pull the trigger on a $400-500 repair based on the telephone interactions.Then I called Mikes Repair and spoke with a young lady who was patient with my sluggish decision making and helpful with my indecisive question asking. I decided to allow a representative from Mike’s Repair to come out and assess the door lock situation. They could have just installed the new system and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead, Mike took the time to figure out what was wrong and saved me hundreds of dollars. The repairs were done quickly and professionally without any hassle. I appreciated the exemplary service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
