I locked my keys in my car. I'm 25 minutes away from home, where my spare keys are located. It would've taken me 50-60 minutes to get my spare key and return. Therefore, I contact this business and gave them the information requested. Joey called me and gave me an ETA of 15-20 minutes at 12:13 PM. I'm thinking, "okay, they will be here before I can get home and return." I later called him at 12:31 PM to follow up with him. He insisted that he was 2 minutes away. That 2 mintues turned into 6 minutes. I called to follow up and asked his exact location to determined how close he was, as he had lied to me and said he was 2 minutes away. He insisted that he was right down the road two lights away. I told him, if he's not there I'm cancelling. He said "trust me I'm 1 minute away. I have the best prices in the city, I charge you $60. Read my reviews, I'm the fastest around. You can stay on the phone and you will see my van." I informed him he has broken that trust, and if he's not here I'm cancelling, then I disconnect the call after seeing his Van. So, He calls me to tell me he's here, as he was about to turn into the location of my vehicle. I said okay I'm here, disconnected our call and came walking towards him. He then, speeds away and when I called to inquire why? He tells me I cancel the request so he left. It's now 45 minutes after his ETA. I'm thinking, "What type of business is this? I should've just went home." He turns around, came to the car and asked me have the company given me a price? I told him no. He told me it's $75 flat rate. I asked him what happened to the $60 rate. He stated since you was impatient and stated you would cancelled this is our rate. I said okay, lets get the keys out of the car. He opened car door. Then asked me will I be paying Cash or Card. He came with no receipt book or gear visible. I told him card. He said, "okay my supervisor is in the phone with me he will take your payment information over the phone" Then, attempts to hand me his phone. I told him I refuse to use his phone to give any of my payment information. "Supervisor" then calls my phone from a private number not stating his name or any company he's representing. It was just all around bad customer services, lack of earning the client's trust, and suspicious process. So I called the local number and thank God Michelle was able to deliver exceptional customer service. Although, I'm thankful for Michelle, I will not use this business in the future and do not recommend their service until they work on integrity, honesty, and customer service.

Depois de DOIS chaveiros móveis e tantos resultados verbais diferentes que só levaram a mais tempo de inatividade para meu veículo, a terceira ligação foi a melhor. Liguei para a City Locksmith na segunda-feira e me disseram que um técnico me retornaria a ligação. No começo, pensei que isso seria mais conversa fiada, mas quando recebi uma ligação de RAY, foi uma vibração muito mais positiva só pela conversa que me deixou mais tranquilo. Marcamos uma reunião para terça-feira de manhã. Antes de encerrar a ligação, RAY disse que se ele não me ligasse até às 10, eu deveria ligar para ele. Na terça-feira de manhã, às 9:38, meu telefone tocou com uma ligação de RAY. 👏🏾👊🏾👍🏾 Eu soube então que isso seria um compromisso positivo. Encontrei com ele e assim que ele saiu da caminhonete de trabalho, ele IMEDIATAMENTE começou a resolver o problema 💪🏾👊🏾💪🏾👊🏾. Ele fez MAIS nos primeiros dez minutos do que AMBOS os dois anteriores fizeram juntos, infelizmente. Um agradecimento a RAY e sua atitude positiva e resultados rápidos no talento do que ele faz! Obrigado novamente!
