Called them around 5:30 pm on a Monday to unlock my car. For reference, it was 9 degrees outside at the time. They said someone would be calling and the tech would be out in 15-20 minutes. Nearly 90 minutes later a woman calls me to ask if I still needed service. She sounded very surprised when I told her I had not received a call from any tech. She put me on hold, then came back to tell me someone "should" be calling me in 10-15 minutes. No call. I call back about 25 minutes later. She puts me on hold again saying she is going to ask her manager. She comes back on saying some "should" call me back again. I questioned the "should" and asked "should call or will call?" She paused, as if listening to someone in the background and suddenly said someone "will" call me back in 5 minutes. About 30 minutes later I received a call from a man simply saying "we don't have any techs in your area. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." The area I was in was about 2 miles from their office location. Thanks for leaving me out in the literal deadly cold for 2 hours.
