I hate going to service providers when I'm in a moment of need because I always feel like I'm going to be raked over the coals. I.e.: Q: How much will this emergency service cost me? A: " how much do you have". But this was not the case with Patrick. It was an emergency service call. I needed it done right away and it was about 4:30 p.m. When I initially called Patrick he told me that he was booked for the next two days but asked where I was at, when I told him, he said he cold make it out to me in 30 min. He arrived ahead of the time he told me. Patrick did the work quickly, and proficiently. He made two extra two keys in additional to the two that came with the new lock set. Truthfully the most enjoyable part of this experience was how nice and polite he was. I won't tell you how much he charged, but I will tell you it was less than half of the price quoted from two of the other "local" emergency mobile locksmith companies and a quarter of the price of another. In simplest terms. I would use him again and highly recommend Patrick. He is an honest, hard-working, locksmith and charges a fair price for services.

I lost my keys at the park and had to get a ride home with my two small children. Called Patrick (after hours) and he went to the park to see about making my key. He went to the park FOUND MY KEY AND DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE that day. Very nice guy.

This is a locksmith you can trust to care for you like family. Let me paint a picture... I am a young lady with no car experience and my key would not come out of my ignition. I was a little frazzled coming into the shop, but the locksmith (I believe his name was Patrick) calmly helped me get my key unstuck and gave me advice on how to fix the issue. If you are looking for a trustworthy and kind locksmith, you really don’t need to look further. Even if this shop is a little out of your way, it is worth the extra time because of the integrity they show in their work. I could go on and on about this amazing shop. I am so thankful for a shop that doesn’t take advantage of people because they don’t know much about cars or locks. This is my go to locksmith shop!
