Eu jĆ” tinha visto as avaliaƧƵes antes de contatĆ”-los e o serviƧo e profissionalismo parecem ser os destaques, para minha decepĆ§Ć£o. Eu vi os orƧamentos variando de $20 a $200 e parecia que nĆ£o seria um grande trabalho (porta velha, com muitas lacunas entre a porta e a moldura). Eu nĆ£o pensei que seria muito, pois tambĆ©m tinha visto em seus sites que nĆ£o cobravam taxas adicionais. Eles foram rĆ”pidos, chegaram em 45 minutos apĆ³s minha ligaĆ§Ć£o inicial. O chaveiro me disse que seria $169 mais uma taxa de $29, eu estava trancado fora de casa hĆ” quase duas horas nesse ponto e nĆ£o tinha Ć¢nimo para discutir sobre preƧos, mas parecia caro, jĆ” que um air bag era tudo o que precisava. Eu fui cobrado $198 por algo que normalmente custa de $50 a $75, por um trabalho semelhante ao que seria abrir a porta de um carro. I am happy with the service and my apartment key was delivered on time. I am not quite impressed with the limited designs available (hopefully they are working on more varieties) but the key works and that's important! Very cheap definitely using their service again!

Eu achei os serviƧos de chaveiro deles econƓmicos, mas confiƔveis!! O tƩcnico que enviaram era certificado e proficiente em examinar fechaduras antigas para substituƭ-las ou consertƔ-las, o que fosse mais adequado. AlƩm disso, ele chegou Ơ minha casa em 30 minutos, como prometido.

Called them to open a car door with the keys locked inside. When I called, they said the service fee would be $29 and that the technician would tell me about additional fees. When the technician came, he said the standard fee for opening the door was $150 plus the service fee. I received much lower quotes from one other locksmith ($135)service but went with these guys because of the implied lower cost. Technician was very competent and polite. Good guy. I thought whoever set the rules for discussing fees with clients is misleading and sleazy. Would not recommend. Please don't reward this type of behavior with your business.
