I use a stand-alone machine to make 3 copies of my house key. It made 3 copies and not one of them works. I was leaving to go out of town and needed to give a key to my house to different people - and now I have to make them out of town and mail them to them. All the keys look the same except one notch that is not on the original key. I've used this same type of machine before and it has worked well. Not sure what went wrong this time. Not very helpful!
