DO NOT GO HERE, BEWARE.... My car was running, my key was just about to break so I called them out to cut a new one before it broke, after cutting a key and programming it, their key wouldn't work and my original wouldn't either, he drained my battery, left and said he'd send a more knowledgeable tech, no worries, well no one came and he blocked my number, I called another locksmith to come fix it and he said my ecu (car computer) is reading disconnected, so basically the guy not only drained my battery but blew my ecu and left me with a non running car and blocked my number, I called the call center sooo many times asking for a supervisor and never got one, they would say a supervisor will contact you and guess what after a good 10+ times, no one has contacted me, I have contacted a lawyer and will be proceeding with legal action.

Called for a home lockout. I asked for a price several times, and they wouldn't give me an estimate, but said a technician would call me shortly. Technician called and said it would be around $100. Both the office and the technician assured me it should be about 30 mins. OVER TWO HOURS went by. I had to call the technician and office several times to see when they would arrive. If I knew it would take over 2 hours, I would have not even ordered a locksmith. I got the bill and it was over $160 which was never disclosed. I called to dispute the charges and they said there was nothing they could do. Use another company that is transparent on pricing and timing. Do not recommend.

They spent from 3 in the afternoon to after 9 p.m. telling me they were showing up they never showed up they insisted having my Mastercard before someone would show up at 9:30 p.m. then charge $450 to change a lockeven after I told them I don't need their services anymore they tried to charge my MasterCard
