Garden tools are of extremely poor quality. Did not take returns for an item because it was "used" after I tried it once. So much for shopping locally owner! Never will patronized the store again. I gave them back the garden tool without the refund because it was a peice of junk. Goodwill sell better items!

True Value is one of the great hardware stores around. Great help from all the people there especially the owners. They are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Usually don't get that at the big stores. I have been going here since they first opened. They have never disappointed me. This is a small hardware store located conveniently in the neighborhood. There product selection is amazingly diverse considering their size. Prices are also very fair. True Value has helped me many times with solutions throughout the years. I can see, feel, hold and examine things at the store with their help. Then buy it and bring it home right away. I cannot do that with Amazon. Great store.

Estou oficialmente pronto para tempestades! Eles tinham a combinação de lanterna/luz noturna que eu estava procurando. Sempre recepcionado imediatamente! Eu estive na loja por apenas dois minutos e dois outros membros da equipe me perguntaram se eu precisava de ajuda... Eu precisei! Obrigado True Value.

I was strolling through the store looking for a few things i needed didn’t have the specific things i needed so i went to the auto aisle to see if they had anything i needed. saw two different forms of rain-x so i took one out of the box to read the back of the bottle decided on a different product so i put it back in the box and headed to the cash register, only to be chased down and harassed by a manager finding that one of the bottles was empty insisting that i transferred the liquid into another container and stole it harassed me for a good 3 min while showing him that i litterly had no place to hide the liquid purchased the product that i wanted to buy. OPEN YOUR EYES AND MAKE SURE SOMEONE DID SOMETHING BEFORE YOU HARASS PAYING CUSTOMERS. ruined my entire day horrible place to shop.

Ótima loja de ferramentas local que sempre teve o que eu precisava. Os preços podem ser *um pouco* mais altos, mas isso é mais do que compensado por uma equipe super prestativa e amigável e uma localização conveniente. E eles são um negócio local e, se o último ano ou mais (2020) me ensinou algo, foi a apoiar os negócios locais. Então sim. Ótima loja de ferramentas local.
