So my results were very mixed. 2 of the key copies I made at one of their Kiosks did not work at all. That said, they did issue a prompt refund. Then 4 more copies had to be ordered by mail (but no shipping charge which is a plus) as the Kiosk could not cut these particular copies on the spot - and while 3 of the 4 copies worked, 1 was miscut - in fact, there was no key pattern at all. Again, though, extremely responsive and issued an immediate refund. But overall - very mixed and based on my own personal experience only, I do not plan to use them again. The keys that did not work I went to a locksmith to copy and they all worked perfectly.

Couldnāt copy a basic house key successfully. In comparison to the original, many small details were missed by the automated machine. There is no substitute for a manually operated machine for duplicating keys. Ended up going to Ace Hardware, which was 20 minutes out of the way for me, and the store employee did a PERFECT job!
