QUE ROUBO!!!!!! Quando liguei pela primeira vez para conseguir alguém para ajudar, me foi cotado cerca de R$ 55. Tudo o que eu precisava era entrar no meu carro porque estava trancado do lado de fora. O técnico então tentou me dizer R$ 300 depois que ele terminou...!!! Eu estava muito desconfiado nesse ponto, então liguei novamente para a sede. Uma das moças com quem conversei até me disse que isso parecia muito alto, então ela disse que iria entrar em contato com o supervisor e voltar para mim (ela não voltou). O preço dele caiu para R$ 280, R$ 250, R$ 240 e então o final que foi R$ 220... Sem mencionar que o tempo todo o técnico estava ameaçando me deixar trancado do lado de fora/chamar a polícia por eu não pagar... Tentei entrar em contato novamente com a sede. Fui colocado em espera várias vezes e finalmente consegui falar. Não consegui uma resposta clara em relação às tarifas. Ela só continuava me dizendo "depende do tipo de ferramentas que eles usam." Tudo o que ele usou foram alguns calços de bomba para entrar e um fio longo para destrancar... Acabei dando a ele R$ 200 só para que ele me deixasse em paz. Empresa horrível. Comunicação muito pobre. Cuidado, pessoas.

Usei esta empresa e fiquei agradavelmente surpreso com minha experiência. Desde o conhecimento do técnico até a equipe amigável com quem conversei ao ligar... obrigado por tornar um momento difícil um pouco mais fácil de lidar. Definitivamente vou usá-los novamente.

The service and scheduling went fine and was timely. I had an inexpensive Amazon Basics safe I needed opened. I was told on the phone that pricing starts at $65 and there would be an additional $20 cost for coming out to my house. I was told over the phone the lock would just be drilled and destroyed - same in person. I asked about the price before work started because I thought it should not be higher than $65 for such a simple job. This was confirmed, paraphrasing, yes, $65 this is a simple job. Then the guy is leaving and I need to pay - no it's not $65. Long story short it's about $150 in total including the $20 fee. I expected to pay around $85 plus a little more for tax and tip. This felt very scam-like and made me really uncomfortable the way the pricing was made up and inflated at the end of the transaction. The person who arrived also gave me his card and kept suggested multiple times that I call him directly for any future work. Bottom line is this seems like it got contracted out to someone is used to conning people out of money in an unprofessional and skeezy way. Be warned and diligent on pricing before work starts if you use this company.
