Very happy with the service I received. I had new door locks and dead bolts installed on three doors. The service tech wouldn’t leave until the door closed perfectly. And the one door required a lot of work because it was older. I was very impressed with the job done. As a bonus they came out the day I called. Highly recommend.

Ótimo atendimento ao cliente! Eles vieram muito rapidamente, apesar do mau tempo, para um problema com as fechaduras da porta da frente e dos banheiros. O técnico foi muito profissional e agradável. Ele explicou tudo muito detalhadamente e abordou todas as áreas problemáticas. Ele até consertou algumas que mencionei de passagem que não eram prioridade, mas que eu lembrei que precisavam ser consertadas! Com certeza vou usá-los novamente quando precisar de um chaveiro no futuro.

Very unprofessional. We had them at our house to re-key 3 locks. The locksmith broke the lock, said he’d order a new one and we’d be on the hook for it. We contacted the owner who is equally as bright as his locksmith, who falsely promised that we wouldn’t have to pay for the part that the locksmith broke at no fault to us. We would’ve been fine with that until the day of when the locksmith showed up and neither him not the owner had “no idea what we were talking about”. Terrible service.
