This is a Fake number that connects you to some number from India, not from America. “Requested” service, never heard back and in that time I found a spare key, and now they keep calling from different numbers saying “their technician entered and requires credit card”. I recommend any elderly or anyone easily persuaded to call a real locksmith.

Called what I thought was a local service, but was told he doesn't come to Lorain from Vermilion?? Gave him my zip code he mubbled something with a thick accent and before could finish saying "sorry, what did you say?" He hung up. Realized afterward he said he doesn't service my zip code. Don't bother calling this service. I can't believe Lorain doesn't have a locksmith. Closest ones are in Elyria.

I called at 3:30, stating it as an emergency, broke our car key, and we were stranded. Spoke with an actual person....it is now 10pm and still have not heard a word from anyone. Will never recommend to anyone. States 24 hour emergency services. Poor customer service.
