Very happy with this company. Fast and friendly service, super fast. The locksmith showed up with a mask and put on a new pair of gloves before touching our door handle. He kept his distance the whole time, even when taking our payment. In the age of Covid, that sort of thoughtfulness goes a long way. Impressive!!!

They replaced the lock and key on my sliding glass door. Upon reassembly the indoor lock latch broke. I was told by the service to go to Home Depot and see if they have a replacement latch (they do not). So now I have no means to lock the door from the inside. I was still charged full price and now need to buy a whole new handle.
