I couldn't hit no star so I had to give 1. These people told us they would charge between 19 and 75 dollars and be there in 25 minutes, it took them an hour and they charged my husband 250 dollars to stick a slim Jim in the window. It literally took them less then 2 minutes, I am absolutely floored a company or anyone would charge a family holding a 19 month old baby locked out of their car at a pediatrician appointment 250 dollars for less then a 5 minute job. They literally are robbing you without a gun. My husband didn't tell me what happened until we had already pulled off, or they would had locked them keys right back in there and I would had called someone eles. When I called they hung up on me, go figure.

Fast response timem, friendly and good service!! Sturgill Expert Locksmith did a great job repairing a lock in our rental home. They came exactly when they said they would and their solution was exactly as they had speculated when I described it by phone and the cost was within the estimate he provided in advance.
