Called ace and asked if they could remove a broken key from ignition and make a new key and program it for a chevy hhr and he said he couldn't help try to call back tomorrow called and noone answered so I gave up on them and decided to try and do it myself and save like $150-$300 cost me $40 for the key and a lil over 30 minutes now we have a new key and can start my vehicle no thanks to ace was so easy don't know why he gave us the runaround
