Don Hill does great work they can stand behind. The only problem with being everyone in town's top choice is that they can be hard to get out for emergencies because they're always booked up. They should be your first call anytime you need a locksmith, and especially when you need work done that you can count on.

Our business called for a service call on our safe which was not unlocking properly. When the technician came out he told me I had the lock combination wrong (I've been using the combination since January 2019 and had no problems opening the safe until now). He looked at the safe and said it was old and needed to be replaced and that he didn't have time to do anything with it. Prior to him leaving, I asked him to give me a call before he came back out because we may decide to have the safe replaced. The same technician came out several days later, and I told him we did not wish him to repair it and that he should have called first and saved himself a trip. He handed me a $75 service call bill. He was unprofessional and rude, and I will not be using their services again. Matt, one of the managers of this business, called to apologize for the terrible service I previously reviewed. He was very apologetic and cared that as customers we felt we were underserved by an unprofessional in their company. I was impressed with Matt's character and dedication to customer service, so when our company needed a new safe, we purchased one from him. He and another employee came out with the safe, removed the old one that weighed a ton, and installed the new safe without an extra charge. He definitely went the extra mile, and I do not hesitate to recommend Don Hill's with Matt acting as one of the managers and customer service reps.
