I tried to start my car and the ignition and steering wheel were both locked. I called Bill and he came out the same day. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with his work and how he explained what was wrong with my vehicle. He ordered the part and new key when it came in he called and scheduled time for him to install it right away. Thank you Bill for getting my vehicle back on the road. If I need help with my ignition or my vehicle locks again you are the person I will be calling.

I would like to start this review off by saying that Bill is the type of person to really go the extra mile for you and he charges a very honest rate. Now I never write reviews but after the truly remarkable service that I received from Bill I am compelled to write this. So for some background my car is a 2006 BMW X3 and the lock for my car door ended up breaking, when I went to unlock my car the key would just end up spinning in the cylinder so this meant I was locked out. I called multiple different locksmiths and no one wanted to work on my car at all but when I gave Bill a call he told me that he would do some research and give me a call back to see if he could help me. Sure enough around half an hour later Bill gave me a call back and said he could help me out. He came the very same day to unlock my car and ordered the part needed to get my lock working again. I also asked Bill if he could make me 3 copies of keys and he had them ready by the next time I saw him just a few days later! After having difficulties with getting the lock out Bill managed to get some 3rd party help and sure enough he got the part out and replaced. If you're unsure about who to go with regarding keys or locks I, without hesitation recommend going with Bill!

Keyhole Security installed a fill camera and alarm system in my business. The install tech were very professional and well mannered. My business was fully operating at the time of install and they did not disrupt my customers and were quick to clean up after them selves. I have them installing another system in our 2nd location. Highly recommend. We have had a lot of work done in our business in the last 3 months and this company has by far given the best customer service and great techs.

I came down from Chelan today, I stopped by to get 3 keys cut for my Chrysler. A person named John helped me. John made clear that if the keys that he cut for my Chrysler did not work, that there was no refund. I told him I accepted that. One of the keys I needed cut did not fit into his machine and he told me that I would have to have that key pulled out and ready, as he was not going to wait for me . He quickly run up the total and I paid. After getting ready to leave I reminded him that I needed my receipt. He looked at me and said "I told you that there were no refunds, why do you need a receipt?" I told him I just need the receipt for my records, he still refused to give me a receipt. Guess what none of the keys he cut worked.

Eles foram absolutamente além e acima para mim!! Eu daria mais estrelas se fosse possível.
