Não consigo acreditar quão rude foi a equipe. Tanto pelo telefone quando confirmamos que estavam abertos e para perguntar se tinham parafusos específicos em estoque, quanto à incompetência quando cheguei para pedir os parafusos. Comprei os parafusos que foram escolhidos incorretamente de uma caixa pelo funcionário (provavelmente o proprietário). Quando ele me perguntou se eu queria verificar se estavam certos, ele nem mesmo me entregou a caixa, mas ficou pairando sobre ela sem me mostrar. Duvido que tenha sido deliberado e atribuo isso à pura incompetência, mas certamente não apreciei os comentários sarcásticos desnecessários. Vá a outro lugar.

The staff were nice and helpful. I went to get a copy of keys made and at other local stores I have got faulty keys so it was my first time coming here. Turns out two out of the three keys they made me do work. The building key is perfect and one of the keys for my apt door works well. Unfortunately the other one for my door is not reliable so I can't use it. Next time I'd like to go somewhere that can reliably copy all my keys successfully.

Got copy’s of my key here, three to be exact and they didn’t work. Went to return it with the receipt and I even showed them my purchase on my bank account and they still didn’t help me, even after I asked if I could return the keys when I first purchased them and they told me that I could if it was within 30 days. I literally went there two days later. Had to wait while the men went back and forth deciding what to do with my keys, eventually I just left the keys there without a refund or a set of actual working keys. Horrible service.
