Eu liguei para este chaveiro às 16h55 perguntando se eu poderia ir fazer uma cópia da chave da minha porta e ele disse que sim, mesmo sabendo que estavam fechando às 17h! Eu cheguei lá bem a tempo e ele conseguiu fazer o trabalho rapidamente e de forma eficiente. Muito respeitoso e o serviço é profissional e acolhedor. A loja se certifica de que está segura em relação ao COVID, então não há preocupações quanto a isso!!! Vou garantir que o recomende a toda a minha família e amigos! Trabalho excepcional!

I live in a condominium building that needed latch covers installed on the lobby doors due to recent criminal activity in the neighborhood of people popping open the lock to steal resident packages, property, etc. I called J.A.M. Allsafe & Secure. Jerry quickly assessed what needed to be done and customized the latch covers to match our existing lobby doors. I was so pleased with the work that was done I had Jerry add locks to my own condo apartment. He made honest suggestions on how he would further secure my home and the new additional locks look great!

Vim aqui, disse a eles o tipo de fechadura que tenho e, para me economizar $, o proprietário disse que é melhor eu tirar a fechadura da minha porta e trazê-la do que ele vir e me cobrar uma taxa de visita. Eu trouxe a fechadura para ele, olhou para ela, me disse que tinha que desmontá-la para saber exatamente. A fechadura que ele reprogramou vem em 2 tipos. O tipo 1 pode ser reprogramado no local, embora com um tipo especial de chave. O tipo 2 pode ser reprogramado, mas o fabricante precisaria enviar uma peça ou parte específica, o que significa tempo de espera adicional. Felizmente, acabou sendo o tipo 1. Muito obrigado.

My dad has been using this place for years and I, myself, just had my first experience with JAM Allsafe & Secure. Based on the great level of service and friendly interaction I encountered, I would highly recommend them. Jerry at JAM Allsafe & Secure really knows what he's doing. After telling him what you're looking for, he will lay out all the options for you and even give you suggestions on how to save some money. I appreciate that he doesn't try to push you into services you aren't looking for. After telling him that I was going to take out and reinstall a lock myself, he gave me advice on the installation process for that particular lock (Mul-T-Lock MT5 mortise), which proved extremely helpful. If you're looking for a locksmith, look no further-- Jerry has what you need! Service is friendly and quick. If you're planning to visit, just make sure to call ahead in case they are out on an emergency call. (And try to get there in the morning if you don't want to wait!)
