Making duplicate keys was quick and easy at the KeyMe Key-osk in Kmart. No one else was needed. The price was good at $2.99 each and even better when I got a third one free with the purchase of two. All three worked perfectly. I'll be back to duplicate more keys. Use the back of another key to get rid of any burrs left on the key.

Recebi minhas chaves imediatamente (porque escolhi obter o design básico). Qualquer coisa que fosse um design muito particular eu teria esperado, e eles teriam enviado para o meu endereço, mas eu realmente precisava das chaves imediatamente e as recebi!

I just called to get a quote. I was told that the technician would inform me of the price once he arrived. I informed him that I needed to know beforehand. He said he would connect me with a technician to give me a quote over the phone. Before doing so he proceeded to get my name and such, but I informed him that that is not what I was asking for. All he needed to do is connect me to the tech, get my address and provide a quote. Instead, he hung up on me.

DO NOT use THIS KeyMe kiosk. It is outdated and needs to be repaired or replaced. Your new keys will not work. HOWEVER, KeyMe's customer service is phenomenal and went above and beyond to rectify how they screwed me over one day. Also, I have used other KeyMe stations in the past with no issues. STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE AT THIS VONS!
