My front door deadbolt got stuck in the locked position. I followed tips online and even called Kwikset directly with no luck. The bolt would not retract. I called Laurel’s Lock and made an appointment with Diana for later in the day. She arrived on time and tried for several minutes to get it to unjam. I thought she’d have to cut through the bolt, but her persistence paid off. She got it off and reinstalled a new latch. I highly recommend Laurel’s Lock. Diana is a true professional, and the cost is very fair for the work she did. I would not hesitate calling her for any future locksmith needs. Thank you, Diana!
