So I called this company last night to help me get out of a bind since I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk. This mind you was at 6pm. The gentlemen that answered already sounded like he couldn't care less...he tells me he has 6 drivers around and that one will call me when they will be on their way to come help. Forward to 730 am the next morning and still haven't recieved not even a phone call back. I dont write reviews but I'd hate for this to happen to someone else that may be in more desperate situation. I would recommend the company keyme right up the street in Little Ferry. Much more professional and caring. Hope this helps someone else from being disappointed.

Minha consulta estava agendada para às 17h. Tive dois técnicos diferentes me ligando em horários diferentes para estender o tempo. Eles estavam sempre “a caminho”. A última vez que queriam vir era às 21h. Desnecessário dizer que cancelei minha consulta com eles. Obviamente, eu NUNCA recomendaria esta empresa. Eles faltaram com profissionalismo e habilidades de comunicação tanto do escritório quanto dos trabalhadores que ligaram para mentir sobre sua localização. Nunca use esta empresa porque há uma alta possibilidade de que eles nunca apareçam dentro de um prazo apropriado.

I honestly doubted their emergency service coz of a few horrible past experiences. Even though I was skeptical, the Boston locksmith was the only company that picked my call at 3 am and agreed to send a technician. As soon as I confirmed, the professional came and rescued me from the badly jammed doors of the store. Fine help.

Muito obrigado pelo trabalho rápido!! Todas as fechaduras estão funcionando bem agora. A equipe fez um trabalho fantástico ao substituir as fechaduras antigas pelas novas. Definitivamente os chamaria novamente se algum dia enfrentasse algum problema de chave presa.

Eu honestamente duvidei do serviço de emergência deles por causa de algumas experiências horríveis no passado. Mesmo estando cético, o chaveiro de Boston foi a única empresa que atendeu minha ligação às 3 da manhã e concordou em enviar um técnico. Assim que confirmei, o profissional veio e me resgatou das portas muito emperradas da loja. Ótima ajuda.

My appointment was scheduled for 5pm. I had two different technicians calling me @ different times to extend the time. They were always “on their way” The last time they wanted to come was 9pm. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment with them. Obviously I would NEVER recommended this company. They lacked professionalism and communication skills both from the office and the workers who called to lie about their whereabouts. Never use this company because there is a high possibility that they will never show up within an appropriate time frame.

I never thought of hiring locksmith services myself until I move to a whole new city alone for work. Well, I got lucky since I hired this company on the first try. The technician came in 40 minutes, upgraded previous locks, and installed a smart lock for the main entrance quickly. Good experience. Will be contacting them again if needed.
