THE SERVICE REP WAS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND STAYED AS LONG AS IT TOOK TO FINISH THE JOB. I HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT LOCK. OVER THE YEARS MANY LOCKSMITHS HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH IT AND ALL HAVE GIVEN UP, LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED BUT ALL HAVE STILL BILLED ME. THIS LOCKSMITH WAS DIFFRENT, HE WORKED ON IT ALL DAY AND GOT THE JOB DONE! I KNOW HE LOST MONEY ON THIS JOB BUT HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ONE CENT OVER WHAT HE SAID IT WOULD COST. I RECOMMEND FRANK'S LOCK AND KEY TO EVERYONE!!!

Frank's lock & key wasn't able to help with what I needed but they still pointed me in the right direction to another key smith who is not affiliated with them. Because of their honesty and sharing with me about another business that would be able to provide the service instead of hiding that knowledge, something you don't see to often. I give them 5 stars and would go again to them first for any related service in the future.

I called 3 other businesses after my wife locked us out of our room. They all wanted almost twice as much as Frank's and were going to take twice as long to get here.
