Absolutely excellent customer service!! The owner spent 40 minutes assisting me with finding bolts, washers, and nuts for an elliptical machine when i thought the original kit wasn't included in the package. Unfortunately I found the original kit of bolts taped to the box very discretely and the owner was extremely kind and accomendating in providing me a refund!! I would definitely recommend the hardware store for excellent customer service and because i was able to find what i needed when i was unable to find it at home depot.

Sempre um atendimento amigável e competente. Comprei uma lata de tinta para exterior e pedi para tingi-la. Quando cheguei em casa, percebi que a cor estava muito clara, então a trouxe de volta e pedi para tingi-la em uma cor mais escura. O Mark fez isso sem nem me cobrar pelo tempo extra e pelo corante. Muito obrigado!
