Porque eles me fizeram pagar por quebrar meu telefone. Além disso, eles aumentaram o preço do conserto para o que estava anunciado no site deles. E eu não recebi um desconto por agendar minha consulta no site deles. E eles queriam meu código de acesso. Eles deveriam ter examinado o telefone antes de trabalhar nele; porque não estava torto com uma folga quando entreguei o telefone a eles. Vejo que as vendas estão em baixa. Eu deveria ter lido as avaliações primeiro.

They did a good job of giving the screen on my wife's phone but that's where it's stopped. The employee that was helping was rude and insulting of other customers that were there before. He made it a point to keep let me know how much of a bother it was to do his job of fixing the phone, and others phones that day. There was a problem with the extra batteries I was buying and he was rude about my simple joke of it being free. Overall, the lack of emotional intelligence and customer service, even in the simplest of forms, means I will never be back to this location. I give it 2 stars only because they fixed the phone.
