Horrible Horrible Horrible Needed new storm door handle assembly and inner mechanism. Spoke to technician, Larry who called at the time he was supposed to show up and asked for an extra hour. (5pm to 6pm) 6:15 - no Larry - 6:20 technician Sam calls and said he’d be right there because Larry couldn’t make it. Shows up at 6:45. Drilling in the door from till 9pm. Long story short, Sam installed the outer brass housing crooked on the outside of the door. (Looks ridiculous) The new storm door handle smacks up against the frame as it closes Sam wanted $300 for this. Just to get him out of my house I offered $225 which he accepted. I’m sick about the whole experience. 5/20/2021 Update to the group on this post: Management from Safeway Lock and Key have laid out a plan that would fully address my problem as reported in this post. I am cautiously optimistic after a visit to my house that he will follow through with the solution as described. There was a fast response to my complaint which has left me hopeful that a resolution is at hand. I will keep this thread open till resolution.

Quiosque não atendido. Continuava dizendo que todas as minhas chaves tinham chips, mesmo as que não tinham. O preço da chave com chip era mais do que o dobro do preço cobrado pela concessionária Chevrolet.

Minha nova chave funcionou muito bem e eu e meus amigos adoramos as opções disponíveis para decorá-las! Eu recebi chaves decoradas com "Procurando o Nemo", "Mickey Mouse" e "cheetah" e todas foram entregues na data prometida. Certamente usarei sua empresa para chaves, quando necessário, no futuro.

Not much to say other than it's a kiosk that makes key copies. It works, and it works well. There is another key copy kiosk that copies keys, but the results are a little off because the key isn't secure when the laser is scanning the key, but with this a Minute Key, it's really secure in there and seems to guarantee a good copy.. Highly recommend. Very convenient.
