Purchased a battery for my backup sump pump system under a 30 month warranty. It stopped working after 18 months so brought it in and they offered to try to charge it and if it didn’t work they offered to replace it. When I returned the next day they changed their mind, said it wouldn’t charge and wanted me to buy the same battery at a discount. Tried to blame me for getting a bad battery. Asked what needs to happen for it to be covered under the warranty and they couldn’t explain it. The battery just sat in my basement connected to my sump pump system. Do not buy a battery here especially for a back up sump pump system.

I came here to replace the battery on a Bulova watch for my wife. They said it would take about 5 minutes. They offered to replace it and wanted to charge $200 for insurance in case anything happened to the watch. The crystal on the face of the watch was broken. Well, two months later and nothing. I contacted them multiple times and no response. No phone calls or follow up. They said they would call me every week and no response at all. I stopped by every Thursday/Sunday to ask where is the watch and they stated they dropped it off at a jewelry store to fix it. The face of the watch was on back order according to them. Bad customer service, bad business, and little to no response. Avoid this store.
