NÃO VENHA AQUI se você está procurando ativar o controle remoto do seu carro. Consegui um novo controle remoto para meu Honda Civic 2013 que custou cerca de $40 e para ativar o controle remoto eles me cobraram $75. A chave funciona bem, MAS O PROBLEMA foi que quando cheguei em casa, o novo controle remoto que eles “ativaram” não estava funcionando. Para piorar, eles desativaram o controle remoto original do meu carro. Então eu tenho DOIS controles que não funcionam e quando voltei para eles consertarem, eles não tinham NENHUMA IDEIA DE COMO ATIVAR REALMENTE O CONTROLE REMOTO. Além de não ATIVAR REALMENTE O CONTROLE, eles não queriam me devolver meu dinheiro por eles “ativarem” o controle remoto QUE NÃO FUNCIONA. Como você vai cobrar por um serviço QUE VOCÊ NÃO FEZ?!?!? Então o cara que estava lá me disse que não sabe por que o controle remoto não estava funcionando, mas se eu COMPRASSE UM CONTROLE ALI, ELE O ATIVARIA?!?!?!?!?!? Não venha aqui. Vá para a concessionária em vez disso.

I called for a locksmith today 05/18/20 and he was there 3 min. And charged me $189.00 and the office suposibly around the corner on forest drive. It's a shame what this world is coming to. Don't use them . I called back as the company requested and told them that the third party locksmith they used would not give me a price over the phone but he had already written up s price on his receipt before he showed up. Very deceitful.

I googled locksmiths in the area and it said KeyMe was less than a half mile away from Annapolis Mall. Needless to say, there was about an hour wait and when the locksmith arrived, he said he came from Silver Springs, Maryland. When you call, they ask you for your location, so i dont understand why they would send someone all the way from Silver Springs. It was false advertising as to the distance and poor customer service to not disclose the fact that they didnt have a locksmith in the area! On top of that, it was $140 just to unlock the car. Hopefully I will never need another locksmith but if I do, I would NEVER call them again.
