Great service!!! I called yesterday and Joe was able to come to our home within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took apart our front door lock that has been very hard to lock and unlock. Due to his familiarity with the manufacture of our lock he recommended I contact them for a new inner trim instead of purchasing a whole new lock and handle (this will save me a lot of money... Thank you Joe!). He also made several keys for our doors, changed a deadbolt lock to match the rest of the house as well as serviced all of our deadbolts that were sticking from lack of use. He was at our home for over an hour and was very pleasant. Any reviews that say otherwise must not be actual customers or they called the wrong number. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Joe was incredibly easy to work with. Extremely nice and very patient with me. I had a sheriff lockout where I had to, unfortunately, Evict a tenant who hadn’t paid over a year. A job that should’ve only taken an hour ended up taking almost three due to a lot of hurdles in the way. I unfortunately didn’t have the key to the building Bruce’s the locks were switched to different locks and the front door key I had difficulty finding. I’m not a person who likes to make things difficult for other people. I feel guilty for putting more work on someone than I have to and joe and Joe made it seem perfectly fine and told me not to worry and it happens all the time. Also the AC in the building wasn’t working so it was hot and at the end of it he was still smiling and joking with me (if it were me I would be irritated). Not only was he nice and made me feel comfortable, he was also super helpful and educated me on the type of locks put in and recommended better locks for when I renovate the building. I had got my key fob replaced and a new key made. My buttons stopped working to unlock my truck. Called joe up and he answered fast and gave me a quote which was reasonable. He fixed both my problems in about 5 minutes. He was nice and funny. Would Recommend.

Joe was very helpful . he responded promptly and got me on my way in no time. I called a few locksmiths and he was the only one that knew how to re program my mitchubitsi. If I lose my keys in the Kern river again. Im calling Joe
