Eu liguei para conseguir uma nova chave para meu carro às 7:30 e eles disseram que não poderiam me ajudar até às 4 do dia seguinte. Isso deveria ser um serviço de emergência e 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Então tentaram me cobrar $400 por um Chevy Impala 2012. Quando eu pesquisei o preço médio de quanto devem custar as substituições de chaves, normalmente é de 75 a 200 dólares. Totalmente abusivo.

Called at 6:10 am to request somebody drive to lindsborg to help me get into my car. Person who answered said that since I was the first person to call today that it might be a little bit and asked me when I needed to get in my car. I said within a couple of hours is preferable and he said no problem. No contact until I called back at 8:00 am. Person who answered the phone said they were about ready and would be on their way within an hour. So I waited till 9:00 am to call them back and no answer, called again, no answer. After 15 minutes I called again. No answer. So I left a voicemail telling them I found somebody else in McPherson to do it. Would have been a nice check for ya, too. Too bad. I'm a nice and patient person, but this is ridiculous... 3 + hours on an emergency basis? I understand you have to travel, but that's the job. Charge me for the miles, whatever man!
