Things went well. The technician was on time. He was quick, polite and through. He let me in w that he was not able to get the keyless dead bolt that I needed. I was left trying to find it myself. At least he was nice enough to let me know. Everything else was fine.

Não compre nada nesta loja. Minha esposa recentemente parou para comprar algumas máscaras faciais para o trabalho dela, estavam com o preço de 4,99 cada. Ele cobrou 5,99 por cada máscara. Disse a ela que não cobraria imposto, ele não sabia o preço do item e perguntou quanto ela pagou da última vez. Quando voltei à loja para confrontá-lo sobre a diferença de preço, ele me ameaçou fisicamente a ponto de eu achar que precisaria chamar a polícia. Eu disse a ele que iria registrar uma reclamação formal com o Procurador Geral do Texas por aumento de preços. Finalmente saí da loja dizendo a ele que iria chamar a polícia, ele me seguiu até meu carro, me deu 12 dólares e começou a gritar comigo no estacionamento. Este não é o único item que ele precificou mal, verifique os preços de combustível dele, em média é 1,40 por galão e ele está cobrando mais de 2,00 por galão.

I lost the key to the house I called this company they answered really fast and within 15 minutes I had a technician named David he helped me enter the house and made me a key really fast Since then I have used them 3 more times and each time I was satisfied

Paid for a key fob and to reprogram it. I explained that the key fob had lock, unlock, panic, and trunk release. I had my son take the vehicle up there so we could get the key programmed. The first Key programmed, the seatbelt chime kept going off. We had to take it back up there, and the key that they gave us had lock, unlock, panic, and a quick start button, no trunk release. So I Paid $140 for an incorrect key fob. The problem is, I had to have one that day. I will not recommend. They beat other shops by price, but once again, it in an incorrect key.

Sonny was great, he worked with me on pricing as I needed 2 keys for 2 vehicles and a new key "case" as one of my existing keys was breaking. He cut and reprogrammed both of my keys and they work like OEM. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
