I had googled locksmiths and came across Texas Safe & Lock out of Plano. Their reviews on Google and Yelp helped me to decide to call the company to request a quote. I spoke to Ron on the phone and told him that I was looking to change my 3 digit, old fashioned dial lock to a new digital keypad lock to make it easier to access my safe. Ron was very pleasurable on the phone, easy to work with and gave me a price right away. He initially scheduled the trip and install to be done the following day and I agreed to that. However, Ron called back and told me that he could send Dennis, the safe guy, to my house the same day in Arlington. I was happy with the customer service and when Dennis arrived, he was very professional. He explained and allowed me to watch the process. He walked me through programming it and I am very satisfied with the product, which is an Amsec ESL XL10 digital combination lock. I am also happy with the service that he provided as well as Ron! I would highly recommend this company!

Ron was very friendly on the phone and helped to explain what they needed to know before they even came out. The technician Ricky was super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and we are so pleased with how our new install looks. Their prices literally cannot be beat compared to other locksmiths I called. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality and price.

I hired Texas Safe And Lock to install a safe I ordered online and I am so glad I did. It amazed me how quickly these guys moved my 800 pound safe down a hundred foot gravel driveway and through several obstacles to get it into the house. The owner was onsite during the installation and everyone was very polite professional. Their pricing is more than fair and I can't see myself ever calling anyone else for my safe and lock needs in the future.
