Ed was very professional and respectful. Helped us get a reasonable solution at white sands national park when we lost our car keys. Highly recommend him.

Found A Plus Locksmith for troublesome key copying and making a key for an antique lock. His key copies were "while you wait" fast and much better copies than those made at the hardware store. He did research on my antique lock and was able to tell me its history as well as provide information for the new key! Interesting owner who clearly knows his stuff and enjoys doing a great job for the customer! Highly recommended.

Gave me the best deal in town for starters. 10$ off. (which means a lot during these troubling times) got here super super fast. Best service I've ever had. Super friendly and professional. Very helpful. 10/10 I recommend this locksmith for everyone

This review is long overdue. When I was locked out of my home, Cisneros was the only locksmith in Las Cruces who would come out to help in less than an hour. Also, they were friendly, which always helps the cause. Not only did the gentlemen helping me out arrive at my home in less than 30 minutes, he also made me two spare keys to unlock the front and back door to my house. If I ever get unlocked out of my home or vehicle again, I will only call Cisneros.

So, some background. Over the last year I have had to have my vehicle unlocked a few times. I usually went through my insurance and they use a local tow company (names excluded to protect the guilty), because it’s included in my insurance. Every time it would take an hour to arrive then the guy from the tow company who showed had no idea how to open it, would spend half the time asking me how my car unlocked and the other half complaining how hard it was to open the door. It never took less than two hours to get into my car, and that sometimes didn’t include the wait for the tow truck to show. And the last time the guy broke my door latch and cost me 500.00 to repair it. Come tonight. Instead of the free service, I call Cisneros locksmith. Locksmith shows up 20 minutes after I call, knows how my locks work and has the door open in under a minute. Completely friendly and professional throughout the experience. The longest part of the job was he paying him. And even gave me a discount after I told him not to because it was such a completely different experience from what I am used to. Completely worth the money and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Simple transaction that became a bait-and-switch. Offering a free brass key is a marketing ploy to cause you to accidentally purchase a second key. When I corrected this by removing one of the keys from my cart, it didn't cut the "free" brass key. So, just one cost me $4. Didn't hurt my feelings, but I won't be using the service again. I don't feel they'll be around for long, considering what they're trying to get away with.
