They are absolute the best, on time and professional, when i called the guy i was so helpful, they told me that the technician will be at place in 30 minutes, the guy was there exactly 30 minutes after, they changed all my locks for a high security lock, incredible work, safe, professional, fast and i never had problems again with my locks. Definitely recommend them

Worst experience ever!!!! Spoke to the actual tech he convinced me that he would 100% be there at a specific time. Never showed. Called and called and got stood up 3 times, always told they were gonna call back to check on technician. No calls back. Waist of time they should pay me for my time. Or offer free service. Worst of the worst. LAMES. Whatever happened to doing what you say you're gonna do? Why lie? Must of been born a little too slow so maybe I should chill. Nah they suck they're lame and waisted a Friday night. Thanks for nothing. God I wanna really lay some hate but.....

Yagi came to re-key a front gate as key was stolen. Answered promptly, gave estimate of range of cost and came out within a hour and on time! Provided duplicate keys on the spot and tested each one. Yagi is easy to work with, a good communicator who provides professional service for a very reasonable price. Entered this company number into my phone for future jobs. No need to look elsewhere for an excellent lock company!

The heater did not work, the room was freezing and my grandson and I got a cold because of it. We called in for repairs and no one came by to fix it, we said here 3 nights. And the temperature here was really cold. The TV did not work well, no microwave or small fridge and with kids that is needed. (Only good thing was)->The cleaning lady was great and really helpful..

if you need a locksmith, call Alex! I was locked out of my apartment this morning and found Alex on google. He was extremely professional and accommodated my work schedule to meet me at lunch. He met me right on time and even though the lock was a tough industrial lock, he got it open in 30 seconds without any damage to the lock (he even remembered from a previous trip to help someone in my building that it would require special tools and came prepared with what he needed). I also appreciated that he asked for ID to ensure that I did in fact live at the apartment. If you ever need a locksmith, don't hesitate to call Alex!
