Worst experience ever!!!! Spoke to the actual tech he convinced me that he would 100% be there at a specific time. Never showed. Called and called and got stood up 3 times, always told they were gonna call back to check on technician. No calls back. Waist of time they should pay me for my time. Or offer free service. Worst of the worst. LAMES. Whatever happened to doing what you say you're gonna do? Why lie? Must of been born a little too slow so maybe I should chill. Nah they suck they're lame and waisted a Friday night. Thanks for nothing. God I wanna really lay some hate but.....

Yagi came to re-key a front gate as key was stolen. Answered promptly, gave estimate of range of cost and came out within a hour and on time! Provided duplicate keys on the spot and tested each one. Yagi is easy to work with, a good communicator who provides professional service for a very reasonable price. Entered this company number into my phone for future jobs. No need to look elsewhere for an excellent lock company!

Had a vehicle key copied and a house key as well. House key was made on site within a couple minutes and vehicle key was made and programmed off site and mailed to me within a week.

They' re wonderful, so so professional, I tried calling so many companies until I found this guy literarily nobody was able to help, he came out and repaired the door frame for me after it was kicked in and broken, he fixed everything did a frame reinforcement and changed my locks to high security locks, he was wonderful, highly recommended!
