Worst experience ever!!!! Spoke to the actual tech he convinced me that he would 100% be there at a specific time. Never showed. Called and called and got stood up 3 times, always told they were gonna call back to check on technician. No calls back. Waist of time they should pay me for my time. Or offer free service. Worst of the worst. LAMES. Whatever happened to doing what you say you're gonna do? Why lie? Must of been born a little too slow so maybe I should chill. Nah they suck they're lame and waisted a Friday night. Thanks for nothing. God I wanna really lay some hate but.....

Yagi came to re-key a front gate as key was stolen. Answered promptly, gave estimate of range of cost and came out within a hour and on time! Provided duplicate keys on the spot and tested each one. Yagi is easy to work with, a good communicator who provides professional service for a very reasonable price. Entered this company number into my phone for future jobs. No need to look elsewhere for an excellent lock company!

My lock for my front door had finally worn down so much that my keys weren't working anymore. I called Alex and he was able to come the same day to replace the lock. I didn't know exactly what kind of lock I have so I was able to text him a photo for him to quickly confirm and get me a proper estimate. His service was super efficient, he was wearing a mask, and he's very friendly! Highly recommend.

Simple and easy way to get a key made and to make multiple keys that are cut consistently. I don't have to worry about a key not working property because it was cut slightly off. I appreciate their guarantee if the key doesn't work property but I've not had an issue and I've used Minute Key many times. Also like the cool options of keys available. I purchased a Star Wars theme key, colored, key, and a bunch of the standards.

This is simply the easiest and best way to make new keys! The best part is they record your key digitally and if you lose the key you just made with them, it's on digital record so they can still make a new key for you. Totally amazing!!
