I was locked out of my car. They told me 29.00 plus labor but would not tell me the labor fee. The guy opened it in seconds and said 250.00 labor!!! That is a ripoff. He took my keys and refused to give them back unless I paid him cash! Beacon locksmith told me it should have only cost me 45.00 for a car opening. This is a ripoff company I would never use them for anything!!!

The cost for a key from a machine is astronomical! Just go to a hardware store and pay a dollar for a house key.

I needed some house keys made and the key I had was not one in the kiosk machine. The machine was able to scan the key and have keys made somewhere else which were then mailed to me. I was nervous that they would not work. Then when 3 weeks went by and no keys were in the mail I thought I had been scammed for my money. Then the keys came the next day after I thought that. They work great thank you very much. I was unsure about using them but now I will definitely use them again. The only thing I can complain about was the long time to get the new keys, and the lack of updates on the status of my keys. They did a great job making working keys at a reasonable price thank you very much.
