I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

I've never bought a battery from this type of store. I came in about 6pm and it was staffed and the employee was ready to get my order processed (online car battery).
