I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get my key copied. There was only one customer in front of me.

It was disappointing. I followed the steps, the machine printed a receipt to take to the back of the store to have the key made. I waited more than 15 minutes only to be told they couldn't make my key because they didn't have the block. I gave her the printed receipt but she said she didn't need it.
