I have been a member of AAA for nearly 20 years and its very unfortunate that they are cutting corners contracting services from this company. Being locked out of my car, I called AAA and they referred to A-1 Lock & Key. Their employee used a tool and proceeded to unlock the driver’s door near the handle. I heard a cracking noise but the door did not open. Then he moved closer to the lock and opened it. It was done very fast, I wanted to tip him but gave me no time since he left in a hurry. I understood his haste when I noticed that the interior door handle was broken. I called AAA and explained the situation and they gave me A-1 Lock & Key contact info. Michael Jr came to see the damage few days later, and told that they would investigate what happened with the employee who unlocked the door. After 10 days of no reply and run around, I managed to talk with Michael. Incredibly he accused me for causing the damage to my door. Sarcastically, he wished me luck. The damages to my car caused by this inept "professionals" (parts & labor) are about $180. So if you get locked out, maybe its going to be cheaper if you break your window with a brick before calling this people.
