I would give ZERO stars if that was possible. Avoid 24 hour auto lock because I called at noon asking them if they could send someone (according to searches they were the number one company in the area). I was told I would get a call back to let me know when or if they could have someone out. 6 hours later and no call. Glad I only waited 10 minutes because it was almost 100 outside and my kids were with me. Luckily Glovers came out within 40 minutes of the call, apologized for it taking so long, and had us in the vehicle for $40 in less than a minute. Well worth it vs smashing a window to get in.

NOT 24 HOURS !!!! Called this company at just after 10 pm to unlock my vehicle. No answer. Wow, got to love false advertising. My dad ended up bringing me the spare key from his house in Hoptown. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE STUCK :(

These guys really helped me out of a pinch, I read the other lady’s review and couldn’t believe someone would leave a bad review for not answering the phone. I called ten other places that didn’t answer their phone, but 24 Hour Auto Unlock did And they helped me out in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend Ted and all of his team. Thanks again!!

Called and they wanted my card number and was told 20-30 minutes. An hour later they can't reach their tech, I'm still locked out, and my card's already been charged. Was told I'd be refunded but I'm still waiting. Called Glover's. Their quote was cheaper anyway.
